MedSuaoRocío Suao, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, is a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate psychiatric care to adults throughout Florida.

Before expanding her career into psychiatric mental health, Rocío served patients as a Family Nurse Practitioner. That experience continues to shape how she approaches mental-health care today—by considering the connection between physical health, emotional well-being, personal experiences, and everyday life.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-informed. She believes meaningful care begins by giving patients the time and space to feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing their concerns.
During each appointment, Rocío works closely with the patient to understand their symptoms, medical and mental-health history, current medications, personal experiences, and treatment goals.
