2. Complete secure intake
Forms, identification, insurance information, consent documents, medical history, and payment details must be completed only through an authorized secure portal—not ordinary email, text, or a public website form.
3. Meet with Rocío
The initial evaluation may include your current concerns, psychiatric and medical history, medications, daily functioning, treatment goals, and safety considerations. An appointment does not guarantee a diagnosis, prescription, controlled medication, letter, or specific treatment.
4. Continue with an individualized plan
When clinically appropriate, Rocío will discuss recommendations, follow-up timing, medication monitoring, therapy or testing referrals, and coordination with other healthcare professionals.
